During the 4-hour comprehensive in-person Birth masterclass you will learn from our Midwife/Lamaze Positive Birth expert.

Our Midwife and Positive Birth expert will provide you with the practical skills you need to get your baby into the optimal birth position, and your body ready for birth. She will teach you skills for labour, including how partners can support, and walk you through the birth process. She will teach you practical ways to deal with pain and help you get into a positive mindset for birth. She will discuss pain relief, induction, instrumental birth, caesarean and what to expect in those first moments with your baby.
