During the Baby Basics Masterclass you will learn from our Lactation and Midwife experts.

Our Lactation expert. Rowena Gray will talk you through how to feed your baby, both breastfeeding and bottle feeding. She will discuss how to get breastfeeding off to the best start, how breastfeeding works, milk changes along the way, optimal breastfeeding positions and troubleshooting. She will discuss formula feeding and bottle feeding.

Our Midwife expert Narelle Tsiros will share what to expect in the early days in hospital and at home, settling techniques, how to be a great support person, and show you how to bath, swaddle and change your newborn's nappy like an expert.
