Baby Sleep Masterclass:
Help your little one safely sleep like a champion

The Baby Sleep masterclass is designed for parents of infants ages 3 - 12 months old.

The masterclass covers a range of topics including: How to set up your nursery safely, safe sleep equipment, safe sleep principles, what to expect from infant sleep, ways to best optimise your little ones sleep including help with nap routines, the importance of awake windows and sleep strategies to help your little one sleep through the night.

The Baby Sleep Masterclass is completely free of charge and can be watched on @parentsyouvegotthis_au Instagram Live. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality information and resources when it comes to looking after their baby. Parents You've Got This is here for the journey.

During the Baby Sleep masterclass you will learn from our Red Nose Safe Sleep Expert and our Sleep Experts.

Our Safe Sleep Expert from Red Nose will explain the 6 principles of Safe Sleep and discuss safe sleeping equipment, while our Sleep Experts from Infant Sleep Australia will discuss how to get your little one sleeping like a champion, and troubleshoot common issues.
